1. Agreement to Terms

These Terms and Conditions agreement (“Agreement”) governs your access to and use of the quantanova.quantuminnovationlabs.com website and its associated services (collectively, the “Site”), operated by Quantum Innovation Labs LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”).

By accessing the Site or placing an order, you (“Customer,” “you,” or “your”) agree to be legally bound by this Agreement. You must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age to purchase products on this Site.

If you do not agree with any part of this Agreement, you must immediately discontinue use of the Site.

2. Product Information & Intended Use

FOR RESEARCH USE ONLY.

All products sold under the Quanta Nova Peptides brand are intended exclusively for laboratory research, development, and educational purposes.

Products are NOT drugs, dietary supplements, cosmetics, or medications.
Products are NOT intended for human or veterinary use, consumption, diagnostic, therapeutic, or household purposes.
Products are NOT approved by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) for the treatment, diagnosis, cure, or prevention of any disease or condition.
All product listings and statements on this Site are provided for educational and informational purposes only and do not constitute medical advice.

Purchase does not grant a license to use any product in violation of law or patent protections.

3. Purchaser’s Covenants and Representations

By placing an order, you affirm and warrant that:

You are at least 21 years of age.
You are a qualified researcher, laboratory technician, academic, or scientific professional.
You are familiar with and capable of safely handling the compounds ordered, including understanding all associated health and safety risks.
You will use all products strictly in accordance with applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations.
You will not use any product for human or animal consumption, and any indication otherwise may result in permanent disqualification from purchasing from us.

Quantum Innovation Labs LLC reserves the right to verify your credentials and refuse or cancel orders at its discretion.

4. Payments

All prices are in U.S. Dollars (USD) and subject to change without notice.

Accepted Payment Methods:
Quanta Nova Peptides accepts the following payment methods, as made available during checkout:

USDC settlement via our secure payment portal (card-funded crypto conversion)
Direct cryptocurrency payments, including Bitcoin (BTC), Litecoin (LTC), and Monero (XMR)
ACH bank transfer
Other approved alternative payment methods presented at checkout

Payment Processing:
Quanta Nova Peptides does not process credit or debit card payments directly for physical goods. Card payments are processed through a separate payment portal that facilitates fiat-to-crypto conversion for USDC settlement of orders.

Authorization & Clearance:
By submitting payment information, you authorize us to process the selected payment method for the full amount of the order. Orders will not be fulfilled until payment has successfully cleared and been confirmed on-chain or by the applicable payment provider.

5. Shipping & Returns

30-Day Return Policy (Unopened Items):
We accept returns of unopened, unused products within thirty (30) days of delivery. Returned items must be in their original, sealed condition. Return requests must be submitted to our support team prior to shipment.

Damaged or Incorrect Shipments:
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within seven (7) days of delivery with photos and order details. We will, at our discretion, issue a replacement or refund.

International Orders – Returns & Refunds

Due to the nature of international shipping, customs regulations, and cross-border transit, the following terms apply to all orders shipped outside of the United States:

No Standard Returns for International Shipments
We do not offer standard returns on international orders. All international sales are considered final once shipped.
Returns by Exception Only (At Our Discretion)
In limited cases and at our sole discretion, we may authorize a return for an international order. Any such authorization must be obtained in writing from our support team prior to sending any item back.
Customer Responsible for Return Shipping
If a return is authorized, the customer is solely responsible for all return shipping costs, customs fees, duties, taxes, and any associated charges. Original shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.
Customs Seizures, Delays, and Import Restrictions
We are not responsible for delays, refusals, seizures, or other actions taken by customs or border authorities in the destination country. Customers are responsible for ensuring that items ordered are permitted for import into their jurisdiction.
Undeliverable or Returned-to-Sender Packages
If an international shipment is returned to us due to customs refusal, incorrect address, or failure to claim delivery, any refund issued, if applicable, is at our discretion and may exclude shipping, handling, duties, taxes, and return shipping costs.
Lost or Damaged in Transit
If an international package is confirmed lost or damaged in transit by the carrier, we will assist with filing a carrier claim where applicable. Replacement or refund eligibility, if any, is determined on a case-by-case basis and subject to carrier confirmation.
Incorrect or Damaged Items on Arrival
If you receive an incorrect or damaged item, you must notify us within 7 days of delivery and provide clear photos of the packaging and contents. Verified issues may be eligible for replacement or alternative resolution at our discretion.
Customer Responsibility for Import Compliance
Customers are solely responsible for ensuring that any items ordered comply with local laws, regulations, and import requirements in their destination country. We do not guarantee international import approval.
Delivery Timeframes Not Guaranteed
International delivery times are estimates only and may be impacted by customs processing and carrier delays. Delivery timelines are not guaranteed.

Refund Method:
Approved refunds are handled as a separate customer service action and are not processed through card networks. Depending on the original payment method and circumstances, refunds may be issued via:

Replacement or reshipment
Cryptocurrency transfer (BTC, LTC, XMR, or USDC, where applicable)
Bank transfer (including Wise or ACH)
Store credit (where applicable)

Refund Information for Bank Transfer (Wise / ACH):
For approved refunds issued via bank transfer, we will request the minimum information necessary to securely deliver your refund:

For U.S. bank transfers (ACH):

Full name on the bank account
Bank name
Routing number
Account number
Account type (checking or savings)

For Wise or international transfers:

Full name on the receiving account
Email address associated with your Wise account
Country of residence
Bank account details or Wise-provided receiving information, as applicable

Important Notes:

Refund information must be provided by the original purchaser.
We will never request your online banking password or login credentials.
Refunds are issued only after returned items are received and inspected (when applicable).
Processing times may vary depending on the receiving bank and payment provider.

Finality of Crypto Transactions:
Cryptocurrency transactions are irreversible once confirmed on-chain. Approved refunds are issued separately and do not reverse the original blockchain transaction.

Force Majeure:
We are not responsible for delays, non-deliveries, or losses caused by events beyond our control, including but not limited to customs delays, shipping errors, weather, or regulatory actions.

6. Indemnity Waiver for Research Compounds

In consideration of purchasing research compounds from Quantum Innovation Labs LLC and the Quanta Nova Peptides product line, you agree to the following:

I, the undersigned Customer, agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Quantum Innovation Labs LLC, its officers, agents, affiliates, and employees (“Merchant”) from any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including attorney fees, arising out of or connected to the purchase, handling, possession, or use of research compounds.

I understand these compounds are not approved by the FDA and are sold strictly for research use. I acknowledge that I assume full responsibility for all risks associated with their handling, misuse, or misrepresentation.

This indemnity extends to my heirs, successors, and assigns and remains in full effect regardless of any alleged failure on the part of the Merchant to warn or inform.

By placing an order, I confirm I have read, understood, and voluntarily agreed to this Indemnity Waiver.

7. Intellectual Property Rights

All content on this Site—including logos, product names, text, images, and code—is the exclusive property of Quantum Innovation Labs LLC or its licensors. No part of the Site may be copied, reproduced, or used commercially without our prior written permission.

8. Website Use

Prohibited Use: You agree not to use the Site for any unlawful, fraudulent, or abusive purposes.
Availability: We do not guarantee continuous availability of the Site and reserve the right to suspend or terminate access without notice.
Links to Third Parties: The Site may contain links to third-party websites. We are not responsible for the content, policies, or damages arising from third-party access.

9. Privacy Policy & Communication Terms

Your use of the Site is subject to our Privacy Policy and Mobile Communication Terms, which govern data handling and mobile communications.

10. General Provisions

Governing Law: This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict of law rules.
Entire Agreement: This document represents the full agreement between the parties and supersedes any prior terms or communications.
Severability: If any part of this Agreement is found unenforceable, the remainder will continue in full force and effect.

11. Payment and Billing Descriptor

Payments processed through our secure payment portal may appear on your statement under a descriptor associated with the payment conversion service.

Orders placed using ACH or other alternative payment methods may appear under:

Quantum Innovation Labs / Quanta Nova
or an equivalent merchant descriptor.

For customers using cryptocurrency or bank transfers, no card statement descriptor will apply.
