Refund and Returns Policy

Quanta Nova LLC is the consumer-facing Quanta Nova brand and a wholly owned subsidiary of Quantum Innovation Labs LLC. Quantum Innovation Labs provides manufacturing, fulfillment, and customer-support operations for Quanta Nova.

Domestic Return Eligibility

We accept domestic U.S. returns of unopened products in their original sealed packaging within 30 days of delivery.

• Damaged products: Contact us and provide photos of the damage. We will reship the item.
• Incorrect shipments: Contact us and we will correct the shipment.
• Opened products: Opened, tampered-with, or unsealed products cannot be returned.

International Orders

We do not accept returns on international shipments. International customers are responsible for all duties and taxes charged by their country.

How to Start a Return

Email support@quantuminnovationlabs.com with your order number and the reason for the return. If the item is damaged, include clear photos.

Quantum Innovation Labs provides and pays for the return label for eligible domestic returns. After placing the package in the mail, please let us know it has shipped so we can track the return.

Refund Timing

We inspect returned items the same day they are received and issue approved refunds that day. Your bank or payment provider may require additional time to post the credit.
