Are your peptides third-party tested?
Yes. Quanta Nova uses independent laboratory testing. Published, batch-specific certificates of analysis (COAs) show the laboratory, report number, report date, tests performed, and exact results. Test panels and results vary by product and batch; we do not claim a fixed purity percentage for every peptide. Find the COA for your batch.
Do peptides need to be shipped climate-controlled?
No. We ship our finished lyophilized peptides without climate-controlled packaging. The peptide raw materials we receive and the finished-product samples we send to Vanguard Laboratory also travel without climate control. Vanguard’s reports on those samples have not indicated degradation in the tests performed. After delivery, follow the storage instructions for your specific product.
Do you accept returns?
Yes. We accept domestic U.S. returns of unopened products in their original sealed packaging within 30 days of delivery. Opened, tampered-with, or unsealed products cannot be returned.
If an item arrives damaged, send clear photos and we will reship it. If an order contains an incorrect item, contact us and we will correct the shipment.
Quantum Innovation Labs provides and pays for the return label for eligible domestic returns. After mailing the package, please let us know it has shipped so we can track it. We do not accept returns on international shipments, and international customers are responsible for all duties and taxes charged by their country.

How do I reconstitute lyophilized peptides?
There is no universal diluent, mixing ratio, or storage period for every peptide. Use the compound-specific laboratory protocol and product documentation to determine the solvent, concentration, handling, and storage conditions. Bacteriostatic water may suit some formulations but not others; see our BAC water compatibility guide. For a Quanta Nova product, email support@quantuminnovationlabs.com with the product and lot number.
Our products are for laboratory research only, not human or veterinary use. We do not provide dosing or administration instructions.
How do I store my lyophilized peptides for optimal preservation?
Keep vials sealed and follow the storage directions for the specific product and lot. Temperature limits and shelf life are not identical across all peptides. After mixing, stability depends on the compound, formulation, diluent, concentration, and handling; the BAC water vial’s 28-day handling limit is not a peptide-solution shelf-life claim.
Are your peptides made in the USA?
Yes. All QuantaNova peptides are sourced, tested, and lyophilized in the USA. We source high-purity raw peptide powders, then conduct third-party testing for identity, purity, and endotoxins through an independent lab in Southern California.
The final lyophilization, packaging, and quality control are handled in-house by Quantum Innovation Labs at our U.S.-based facility. This allows us to maintain full oversight of the manufacturing process and ensure every vial meets our strict research-grade standards.
A certificate of analysis (COA) is included with every batch and is independently verifiable.
What is the expiration date of lyophilized peptides?
Use the EXP date on the specific vial and follow its storage directions. The date and supporting stability information are product-specific; there is no universal 12–24-month period for every peptide. A batch COA reports the tests performed on a sample and does not, by itself, establish shelf life or a 30-day period after mixing. Contact support for product-specific documentation.

Free Ground Shipping on eligible U.S. orders with an $85 or greater product purchase. Orders are shipped using reliable, trackable carriers and include secure and discreet packaging. You’ll receive a tracking number as soon as your order ships.
For orders under $85 or international shipping, standard rates apply and will be calculated at checkout.
What is the intended use of QuantaNova peptides?
QuantaNova peptides are intended strictly for laboratory research use only. They are designed for use in analytical studies and controlled research settings by qualified professionals.
These products are not approved for human or veterinary use, and should not be used in food, drugs, cosmetics, or medical devices. Each product is labeled with appropriate disclaimers and shipped with documentation confirming its research-only designation.

What is lyophilization and why is it important?
Lyophilization, or freeze-drying, removes water from a frozen formulation by sublimation under reduced pressure. It can help preserve a peptide during storage and transport, but the benefit and shelf life depend on the specific formulation and supporting stability data.
What is your lyophilization process?
At our Texas facility, we prepare each formulation, freeze it under controlled conditions, and remove water under vacuum to form a dry cake. Formulation ingredients and conditions are selected for the specific peptide.
The resulting product’s storage requirements and compatibility with a diluent must be assessed individually; lyophilization does not make every peptide soluble in bacteriostatic water.

BAC Water FAQs
What is BAC water?
BAC water (bacteriostatic water) is water with 0.9% benzyl alcohol, a preservative that inhibits bacterial growth. Quanta Nova BAC water is for laboratory research use. See our BAC Water FAQ & guides.
How long does BAC water last after opening?
Up to 28 days after first access or until the printed expiration date, whichever comes first. Store at 20–25°C (68–77°F); refrigeration is not required. Read more.
