1. Agreement to Terms
These Terms and Conditions (“Agreement”) govern your access to and use of the quantanova.quantuminnovationlabs.com website and its associated services (collectively, the “Site”). Quanta Nova LLC is the consumer-facing Quanta Nova brand and a wholly owned subsidiary of Quantum Innovation Labs LLC. Quantum Innovation Labs LLC provides manufacturing, fulfillment, and customer-support operations for Quanta Nova.
By accessing the Site or placing an order, you (“Customer,” “you,” or “your”) agree to be legally bound by this Agreement. You must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age to purchase products on this Site.
If you do not agree with any part of this Agreement, you must immediately discontinue use of the Site.
2. Product Information & Intended Use

3. Purchaser’s Covenants and Representations
By placing an order, you affirm and warrant that:

You will not use any product for human or animal consumption, and any indication otherwise may result in permanent disqualification from purchasing from us.
Quantum Innovation Labs LLC reserves the right to verify your credentials and refuse or cancel orders at its discretion.
4. Payments
All prices are in U.S. Dollars (USD) and are subject to change without notice.
Quanta Nova accepts the payment methods made available during checkout, which may include:

By submitting payment, you authorize the selected method for the total shown at checkout. Orders are fulfilled after payment is confirmed.
5. Shipping & Returns
Domestic returns: Unopened and unused products may be returned within 30 days of delivery when they remain sealed and in their original condition. Quantum Innovation Labs LLC provides and pays for the return label for approved domestic returns. After placing the package with the carrier, notify support so we can track it.
Damaged products: Email support with your order number and clear photos of the product and packaging. Once verified, we will reship the affected item at no additional cost.
Incorrect shipments: If we shipped the wrong item, contact support with your order number and photos. We will correct the shipment at no additional cost.

Inspection and refunds: Returns are inspected on the same business day they are received. If approved, we issue the refund that same day using the applicable refund method. Your bank or payment provider may require additional time to post the funds.
International orders: We do not accept returns on international shipments. International customers are responsible for duties, taxes, customs requirements, and import charges in their country. If an international shipment arrives damaged or incorrect, contact support with photos so we can review the issue and, when verified, reship the affected item.

6. Indemnity Waiver for Research Compounds
In consideration of purchasing research compounds from Quantum Innovation Labs LLC and the Quanta Nova Peptides product line, you agree to the following:
I, the undersigned Customer, agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Quantum Innovation Labs LLC, its officers, agents, affiliates, and employees (“Merchant”) from any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including attorney fees, arising out of or connected to the purchase, handling, possession, or use of research compounds.
I understand these compounds are not approved by the FDA and are sold strictly for research use. I acknowledge that I assume full responsibility for all risks associated with their handling, misuse, or misrepresentation.
This indemnity extends to my heirs, successors, and assigns and remains in full effect regardless of any alleged failure on the part of the Merchant to warn or inform.
By placing an order, I confirm I have read, understood, and voluntarily agreed to this Indemnity Waiver.
7. Intellectual Property Rights
All content on this Site—including logos, product names, text, images, and code—is the exclusive property of Quantum Innovation Labs LLC or its licensors. No part of the Site may be copied, reproduced, or used commercially without our prior written permission.
